Our water-saving air conditioners without outdoor units
LTB offers air-conditioning solutions for “small commercial” applications where outdoor units cannot be installed. This is particularly the case in town centers, shopping malls, retail outlets, ERP, offices…
We offer small power units: from 2 to 17.5 kW. And depending on the configuration of the area to be air-conditioned, we offer split or monobloc units. They are available in 3 ranges:
Centrifugal condensing units
Centrifugal air-cooled split-systems have the advantage of cooling or heating the air in your premises, without the inconvenience of a front-mounted unit.
A centrifugal fan has been integrated, enabling the condensing unit to be installed inside the building.
Discreet installation in city centers : offices, shops, listed buildings, ERP…
Our units can be combined with various LTB air handling units: wall-mounted, cassette, ceiling-mounted console, ductable.

Water-cooled split-systems are direct expansion units. They move inside the building. They don’t need access to outside air, since the heat is dissipated into the water flow to which the unit is connected.
We regularly redesign our units to ensure they remain the most water-efficient on the market. LTB units are designed to be installed as replacements for existing units.

Water-cooled monoblocks
Water-cooled monoblocs are self-contained, direct-expansion units.
They are easy to install, and require no refrigerant handling. A water connection is required, as the calories are evacuated in the water flow.
2 geometries are available:
- horizontal ductable monoblocs for installation in suspended ceilings or equipment rooms
- monobloc consoles for spandrel mounting
